  • 1 can chicken (drained)

  • Whole grain crackers

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

In a bowl, mix beans and chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Serve with crackers for scooping.



Tip: Add a spoonful of yogurt or cheese spread for extra flavor.
